you have voluntarily provided us with your email address via the waitlist form. we process this data solely to notify you once when mockupize launches. you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@mockupize.com. withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

we process technical connection data (IP address, server logs) on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the technically error-free, secure, and stable operation of this website. this data is not combined with other data sources.

email addresses collected via the waitlist are stored using Supabase as a data processor:

we have concluded a data processing agreement with Supabase in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. for transfers of data to the USA, Supabase relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. data may be stored on servers in the EU or USA. for further information please refer to Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

7. transfer of data to third parties

we transfer your data to the following processors: Host Europe GmbH (web hosting) and Supabase Inc. (email storage), as described above. we do not transfer your data to any other third parties. we do not sell your data.

8. storage duration

email addresses collected via the waitlist: retained until mockupize publicly launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

technical server log data: subject to Host Europe's own retention policies.

9. automated decision-making and profiling

we do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
